Princess by another name

A doubly comforting tale reaches us from Wales, where the Duchess of Cambridge (Kate Middleton as was, and I still don't understand why she isn't a princess, being married to a prince) tried to buy a wetsuit. She asked if she could reserve it and the man in the shop asked for her name, which she gave as Mrs. Cambridge. Strange name, he said (everyone in those parts is called Jones, Jenkins or Price).

This blog salutes a man who, confronted with one of the most photographed women in the world, has no idea who she is; and we salute the Duchess, who is now so integrated into the Royal Family that she went out not realising she had neither money nor credit card.

ON THEIR HONEYMOON, these named royals did visit The Colonies - A polo match in Santa Barbara, CA, then a conscious act of both priority & kindness which - for one - I shall never forget =

They entered next "Inner City Los Angeles" - rather mean streets - and began serving meals to our homeless military veterans.

That act went un-reported in news media here, since such acts are not "proper priorities" even for a leftist government now in power which has consciously & callously continued - repeadedly - to shun its own military veterans of prior honourable active service overseas.

That Duke and Duchess on their own honeymoon took time to reach out and to serve. No wonder HH QE II holds them in high regard.

SO DO WE, MA'AM! ** And kind SIRS!
